(37:24)</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Mawlana Shaykh Nazim: “Put me in charge of the treasures of Egypt,” Sayyidina Yusuf said. Pharoah didn't give. That was a request, “Make me in charge of treasures of Earth...” The pharaohs had wisdom to manage a government. They put themselves forward from the station of low-level people, and ... </span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">“When the affairs are in the hands of those not qualified, expect the Judgment Day.” (Hadith)</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">When you don't know your right or your left, how do you expect to carry millions of human beings? How did you learn that? We are following voting, and who has the most votes is at the level of a donkey! Even if they have more votes or the most votes, bring one donkey, and if it is based on votes (a pun in Arabic), the donkey knows how to bray! (laughter) Who gets the most votes, crap on them!</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: Pearls! They (</span><span class="c0 c2">mureeds</span><span class="c0">) ask you about the Last Hour, where is it moving, </span><span class="c0 c2">sadaqAllahu ’l-`Azheem. </span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Mawlana Shaykh Nazim: We await the Hour for removal of trials, they await the Hour for removal of trials; until they end that they will see how to avoid falling into troubles and until then there is no way out. Egyptians, Syrians, Yemenis, Libyans, Sudanis, Tunisians, Turks, Persians are all waiting for removal of troubles. They are all in traps; they want to get out of traps but outside are more, so they are waiting. What they are in now is bad, but what is outside is worse, waiting to eat them! They fell into a trap, but if they manage to get out worse will come.</span><span class="c0 c2"> na`oodhu billah min shurruri anfusina wa min sayyiaati `amaalinaa</span><span class="c0"> “We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of our ego and the badness of our deeds.” That is what the</span><span class="c0 c2"> khateeb </span><span class="c0">recites every </span><span class="c0 c2">jumu`ah</span><span class="c0">. (...) This is the religion of advice, to the common folk and to the leaders, as well. Take from advice of the Prophet (s)! They fall under the verse of Holy Qur’an:</span><p><p class="c3 c5"><span class="c4">وَقِفُوهُمْ إِنَّهُم مَّسْئُولُونَ</span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0 c2">Waqifoohum innahum masooloon</span><span class="c0 c2 c7">.</span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0 c2">But stop them, for they are to be questioned. </span><span class="c0">(As-Siffat, 37:24)</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0 c2"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Those tyrants must be questioned! Where are mentioned “democracy” and “parliaments” mentioned? Show me in the Qur’an. </span><span class="c0 c2">waqifoohum innahum masuloon,</span><span class="c0"> stop them and ask them from where they brought these false concepts! </span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">(...)</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: You made our hearts happy! (...) Grandshaykh `AbdAllah al-Fa'iz ad-Daghestani (q) said, “You are like two halves of a beans, one half and one half.” We were in a room next to the bathroom. Mawlana Grandshaykh `AbdAllah made </span><span class="c0 c2">suhbat </span><span class="c0">and said this is from the secrets. “You are two halves of a bean.” Therefore, he (Shaykh Adnan) is my shaykh; tea and jam together.</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Mawlana Shaykh Nazim: Yes, that is a secret. </span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: There was Shaykh Ahmad Israr in the conference in Los Angeles (International Islamic Unity Conference, 1996). They insisted to bring him. He was a Wahabi. He gave his speech in the bottom of the hotel, and we were on top (floors). He said, "Those above are on the wrong way." He was from Hizb at-Tahrir. He recently died. “He (Allah) is The One not encompassed by any place or time.”</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: That is from the Maturidi belief, but he is Hanafi.</span><span class="c0 c2"> laa yuheetu bihi makaan wa laa yashtamil `alayhi zamaan</span><span class="c0">, “He is The One not encompassed by any place or time; they are both created, so they cannot encompass Him.”</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Adnan: And the Throne is a place.</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: For the Prophet (s).</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Mawlana Shaykh Nazim: “`Arsh: on it His Name is written; there is for it an `Arsh, for it an `Arsh, for it an `Arsh.” It is not possible for human beings to know their numbers. `</span><span class="c0 c2">Arshullah, ... malik al-mulook, </span><span class="c0">King of Kings. There is `Arsh and Kursi, </span><span class="c0 c2">was`iya kursiyyuhu ’s-samawaati al-`ard.</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: Ibn Qayyim said that Allah created the `Arsh in order to seat the Prophet (s) on it, and he is a Wahabi.</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Adnan: No, the meaning he intended is that Allah is sitting on the `Arsh and will put the Prophet (s) with Himself on the `Arsh.</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: That is new </span><span class="c0 c2">tafsir </span><span class="c0">never heard before, from you </span><span class="c0 c2">Sayyidee</span><span class="c0">: `Arsh, above which is `Arsh, above which is `Arsh.</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Mawlana Shaykh Nazim: There is appearing at every moment a new `Arsh. That is `Arsh of the world we are in. Sayyidina Ahmad ar-Rufa`i was in the Fourth Heaven and saw a huge sea, and he thought it is water, but when he came closer he saw it is made from sand, not water. He could not see its beginning, nor its end. The closer he got to each particle of sand, he found each grain in itself is an entire universe! And there he heard </span><span class="c0 c2">adhaan</span><span class="c0">, calling absolutely, the Prophet is Sayyidina Muhammad (s).” He heard </span><span class="c0 c2">adhaan </span><span class="c0">like our </span><span class="c0 c2">adhaan</span><span class="c0">, and said this is a world and not a copy of any other one, and the Prophet (s) is the Prophet for each of these grains, which are worlds in themselves. That secret knowledge reached to Sayyidina Ahmad ar-Rufa`i (q). </span><span class="c0 c2">Allahu Akbar al-akbar</span><span class="c0">!</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Shaykh Hisham: May Allah grant you more and more.</span><p><p class="c1"><span class="c0"></span><p><p class="c3"><span class="c0">Mawlana Shaykh Nazim: </span><span class="c0 c2">Rabbu ’l-`izzah</span><span class="c0">, the Lord of Honor. “</span><span class="c0 c2">alif lam</span><span class="c0"> (</span><span class="c0 c2">i.e.,</span><span class="c0"> “al-”) is to indicate His Absoluteness in a particular Name, </span><span class="c0 c2">istighraaq</span><span class="c0">, to be submerged and drowned.
